The Daniel’s Fast is based on verses from the Bible found in Daniel 10:2-3.
“At that time I, Daniel, mourned for three weeks. I ate no choice food; no meat or wine touched my lips; and I used no lotions at all until the three weeks were over.”
These three weeks refer to the observance of Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread, which take place during the first month of the year (Exodus 12:1-20).
The Daniel’s Fast: Its Purpose
While the Daniel’s Fast is cleansing your body by omitting certain foods for a limited time, the deeper and true basis of intent is for spiritual connection. The purpose of Christian fasting is to seek a more intimate relationship with God while purging your physical body of unnatural, self-gratifying food and drink. Your focus is to be on God, not on the fleshly things of the world. Too often, the focus of fasting is on the lack of food. Instead, the purpose of fasting should be to take your eyes off the things of this world to focus completely on God. During the Daniel’s Fast you will want to concentrate on prayer, Bible study, and reflection. The Daniel Fast is a great way to enter into preparation for growing in the Lord.
BEVERAGES
•Water - only purified/filtered and spring or distilled water is best.
• Almond milk, coconut water, unsweetened tea/vegetable/fruit juice
VEGETABLES (should form the basis of the diet)
•Fresh or cooked
•May be frozen and cooked but try not to use canned
FRUITS (consume in moderation 1-3 servings daily)
•Fresh and cooked
•May be dried like raisins or apricots (no sulfites or added oils or sweeteners)
•May be frozen but try not to use canned
WHOLE GRAINS (consume in moderation and ideally sprouted)
•Brown Rice, Quinoa, Millet, Amaranth, Buckwheat, Barley cooked in water

Our last youth revival was amazing! Prophet AJ was a mighty and phenomenal preacher. He is a young man of God who can teach and preach on any level. The Word was practical for young adults and many came to the alter to dedicate or re-dedicate their lives back to Christ.

Embassy Evangelism Book
Evangelism should produce results. This week I want to collect testimonies of miracles and signs of each ambassador’s life. I also want to collect poems and written prayers for healing, deliverance, comfort, protection, and many other topics. If you know how to write bibe based affirmations, send them to us. We are creating a book to sell on Amazon and the Embassy bookstore.
This will be great as Christmas gifts and birthday gifts for friends and family - believers and non-believers. This is an awesome way to share what God has done for us.
